Refreshing Contents for Apple TV

Apple Apps on an Apple TV Box do not automatically “refresh” or look for new content. To force Apple Boxes to pull the latest content offering in the BKFC (or any other) app, please do the following steps:

• Use your Apple Remote and push the TV icon button to expose all open apps, then swipe up to close the BKFC app.
• When you then click to open the BKFC app again, the device will pull the latest content from our servers and show you all the latest content.

Note: Please note that this does not apply to iPhones. Mobile devices allow content refresh automatically every few seconds.
