How do I update my payment method?
You can update the payment method used for your BKFC+ subscription through the BKFC+ Customer Portal.
Updating your payment information ensures that future subscription renewals are processed using your latest payment method.
Note: Updating your payment method only affects future subscription renewals. It does not change or refund previous payments.
Update your payment method
Account Settings: Open Account Settings from the menu to access your subscription settings.
Follow the steps below to update your payment information:
- Sign in to your BKFC+ account.
- Select Account Settings from the menu in the upper-right corner.
- If prompted, sign in again to verify your account.
- Select View Active Subscriptions.
- Open Your Payments.
- Add a new payment method or update your existing payment information.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and select Confirm preauthorization to save your changes.

Once your payment method has been updated, future subscription renewals will be charged using your new payment information.
