Where should I look for the receipt of my purchase?

Please keep your invoice. This is an important reference that may come handy in time. 

• For purchases made via the website: The receipt will be sent to the same email address used for registration. 
• For purchases made via third party biller (iTunes, ROKU, Amazon, Google/Android, etc): Because it is possible to use another email address during registration to our service than what you actually might have with those billers, you may have to check your email addresses with them for the receipt. 

We usually ask invoices when you ask help regarding payments so please make sure to keep a copy always.
