How Can I Reset My Password?
Problems signing in? Normally, a password reset should help resolve it!
To do this, follow these steps below:
- Go to https://watch.bkfc.com/
- On log in page, click on FORGOT PASSWORD.
- On the next page, enter your registered Email Address.
- Hit on Reset Password.
- You should receive a password reset link via email.
- Follow the online prompts and set it to your desired new password.
You should be all set!
Reset your password in the BKFC+ mobile app
- Open the BKFC+ app.
- Enter your email address in the Email field.
- Tap Forgot password?
- A password reset link will be sent to your email.
- Follow the link in the email to create a new password, then return to the app and sign in.
Tip: Make sure you enter the email address associated with your BKFC account before tapping Forgot password?
Reset your password on Apple TV, Android TV, or Fire TV
- On the sign-in screen, enter your email address.
- Select Forgot Password?
- A password reset link will be sent to your email.
- Follow the link to reset your password.
- Return to the TV app and sign in using your new password.
Note: If you select Forgot Password? without entering an email address first, you'll be prompted to enter your email before requesting a password reset.

If you're still unable to reset your password, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Close and reopen your browser.
- Try another browser or device.
- If you don't receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you're using the email address associated with your BKFC account.
- If the issue only occurs on one device, your account is likely not the cause, and the issue may be specific to that device.
