How Can I Reset My Password?

Problems signing in? Normally, a password reset should help resolve it!

To do this, follow these steps below: 

1. Go to https://watch.bkfc.com/
2. On log in page, click on FORGOT PASSWORD.
   
    
3. On the next page, enter your registered Email Address.
   
4. Hit on Reset Password.
5. You should receive a password reset link via email.
6. Follow the online prompts and set it to your desired new password.

You should be all set!

Reset your password in the BKFC+ mobile app

1. Open the BKFC+ app.
2. Enter your email address in the Email field.
3. Tap Forgot password?
4. A password reset link will be sent to your email.
5. Follow the link in the email to create a new password, then return to the app and sign in.

Tip: Make sure you enter the email address associated with your BKFC account before tapping Forgot password?

Reset your password on Apple TV, Android TV, or Fire TV

1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email address.
2. Select Forgot Password?
3. A password reset link will be sent to your email.
4. Follow the link to reset your password.
5. Return to the TV app and sign in using your new password.

Note: If you select Forgot Password? without entering an email address first, you'll be prompted to enter your email before requesting a password reset.

Still having trouble?

If you're still unable to reset your password, try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
• Close and reopen your browser.
• Try another browser or device.
• If you don't receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you're using the email address associated with your BKFC account.
• If the issue only occurs on one device, your account is likely not the cause, and the issue may be specific to that device.
